Even if this is the most sensitive step of the realization, do not worry, a slate is pierced very easily provided you observe the following precautions: do not pierce too close to the edges, use a fast speed and firmly hold the slate. If you prefer to use screws, drill to the corresponding diameter and tighten with a screwdriver. Do not use countersunk screws which could burst the slate when tightened.Step 6: Cut your wedge in half (optional)
